Garden Terrace @ Tengah / Garden Court @ Tengah
Located in Tengah town, both Garden Court @ Tengah and Garden Terrace @ Tengah will be located within the Garden District and they are near Plantation MRT station and Hong Kah MRT station. 1,579 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room flats are made available for these two project and in terms of pricing, without grants, 2-Room Flexi from $108K, 3-room from $194K, 4-room from $288K and 5-room from $394K.
These flats will be ready around the first quarter of 2024.
Bishan Ridges
1,502 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, and 4-room flats are made available for Bishan Ridges, this development will be bounded by Bishan Street 13 and 14. The 2-room Flexi flats in the development are only offered to seniors (aged 55 and above), on short leases between 15 and 45 years (in 5-year increments).

Bartley Beacon and ParkView @ Bidadari are located within Bidadari estate in Toa Payoh town. Both developments are located near MRT stations and the future Bidadari Park.
1,238 units of 3-room 4-room and 5-room flats are available for these projects. In terms of pricing, excluding grants, 3-room from $324K, 4-room from $466K and 5-room from $627K.
These flats will be ready around the first to second quarter of 2025.

Applications are open till 23 November 2020, Monday, 11:59pm, and you can apply online at any time till then. Successful applicants will be determined by a computer ballot, and not on a first-come, first-served basis.
